What is the SHP Computer Science Club?

The Computer Science Club at Sacred Heart Preparatory is a place where students develop their programming skills while having fun. Students are able to work on individual projects or with others through Github, a free online platform that allows people to work together on coding projects with version control. We will also introduce students to several coding competitions where high schoolers from around the country compete to solve programming puzzles. On top of that, there will be lessons on interesting concepts in computer science, so that students can continually learn new facets of the field. This means that there will be several guest speakers! The club is a drop-in club and meets every 'Meeting 4' from 2:35pm to 3:05pm. We'd love to see you there!
